"I cannot express enough how wonderful this place and its staff are. I have been taking my pets here for 15+ years, and other members of my family also bring their pets here for care. They provide care throughout the lives of my cats, and recently through the end of one of their lives. I have gone there for my cats illnesses and they work to get you in quickly. They're always educating me, and giving love to my pets during times when we are all stressed. The end of life care I obtained recently for my oldest cat was full of compassion and tenderness. I was able to be with my sweet girl at the end of her time, and they were empathetic and gentle to both of us. I was not rushed to make choices or rushed to leave. They gave me a bit of fur, paw prints, and a nose print. I chose to get cremation for Valentine which was handled with grace and reverence. These are very difficult moments, and I am very grateful to how the staff provide care to animals and humans alike at all times. Thank you so very much for the work you do."
